For a large part of my childhood, teenage years, and early twenties, I struggled deeply with very little self-worth and self-image. At the time, I didn’t receive the support I clearly needed, and that lack of self-worth quietly showed up in many areas of my life - from not going after what I truly wanted, to choosing the wrong people & wrong habits, to constantly hearing & believing the inner voice that said, “I am not good enough.”

For a long time, I searched for my worth everywhere outside of myself. Some days I was almost begging others to see my value, while avoiding recognising it within myself.
The Mind Solace was created from that journey.
Today, I hold a safe and non-judgmental space for people to reconnect with their true worth - which was always high to begin with, heal from past experiences, rewrite the story they carry about themselves, and rediscover the strength and magic that already lives within them.
And I truly love what I do.
